FULL-TIME EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
JusticeWorks is looking for a Full Time Executive Director immediately in South Carolina. The qualified Executive Director will provide state-wide leadership and management to assure high quality services, positive financial results, excellent human resources practice and market continued organizational growth..

The qualified Executive Director will have:
  • The job requires business savvy and management capability as well as understanding of clinical and other services.
  • Master’s Degree in social work, or similar, and demonstrated experience leading and managing a comparable organization.
  • Or Licensed Clinician with extensive management experience,
  • Or Bachelor’s Degree and a proven track record of leadership and management in similar business.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a behavioral health organization.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
  • Pass current, applicable clearances.
  • Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.

The qualified Executive Director will:
  • Exercise authority and accountability for business.
  • Manage Regional Directors and administrative staff to meet company goals.
  • Assure all services are congruent with Medicaid and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assure that company operations are congruent with COA accreditation.
  • Implement organization-wide, long-term strategic planning and periodic reviews.
  • Work as a member of the governing body to secure adequate resources.
  • Develop and implement policies governing the organization’s program of services, planned and coordinated with the governing body.
  • Attend all meetings of the governing body or advisory group, and provide operation’s overview
  • Actively promote strategic, planned adaptations to changing conditions.
  • Manage program expenditures and revenue analysis to achieve fiscal goals.
