Camp Bow Wow - the premier provider of doggy daycare and overnight boarding, is seeking experienced Dog Trainers to add to our growing staff.
Behavior Buddies is the Premier Dog Training Program from the largest pet care providers in North America - Camp Bow Wow®. Behavior Buddies is led by top national training experts with a focus on a variety of proven rewards based training methodologies. We combine our extensive knowledge of dog behavior with our customer's willingness to create a great relationship with their pup to create a slam dunk!
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Follow all of Camp Bow Wow's rewards based training methods and curriculum
· Goal setting
· Review and interpretation of financial reports
· Cross branding and sales between all divisions of Camp Bow Wow (Camp Bow Wow and Behavior Buddies)
· Create game plans and schedules for all training clients
· Maintain training class schedules and overall responsibility for filling classes
Qualifications:
· Must have passion for the care of dogs
· Previous customer service experience
· Strong communication skills - must be able to communicate clearly and concisely
· Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
· Strong problem solving skills
· Must be dependable and punctual
· Must be organized
· Ability to motivate others
· Ability to speak in public
Requirements:
· Must have 1-2 years previous training experience
· Minimum age requirement 18+ years old
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Reliable transportation
· Must be authorized to work in the United States
· Able to pass a background/criminal check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
