HVAC Service Technician - Experienced
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Type: Full time W2 position with benefits. (not a contractor)
HVAC Service Technician Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
- Must be able to work in residential and commercial settings
- Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems
- Provide estimates for HVAC services
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Adhere to all local HVAC codes and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must be able to work on-call rotation, nights and weekends if required
- Willing to travel within the state on special calls
Qualifications to be a HVAC Service Technician:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC trade
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass drug screen clearance
