HVAC Service Technician - Experienced

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Type: Full time W2 position with benefits. (not a contractor)

HVAC Service Technician Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
  • Must be able to work in residential and commercial settings
  • Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems
  • Provide estimates for HVAC services
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Adhere to all local HVAC codes and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Must be able to work on-call rotation, nights and weekends if required
  • Willing to travel within the state on special calls

Qualifications to be a HVAC Service Technician:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC trade
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass drug screen clearance
