Experienced Restaurant Manager Job at Village Pizza and Pub
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, staff, and other company resources. The ideal candidate will have previously experienced managing a casual dining or fast casual restaurant, and will be proficient in creating a positive and energetic environment for guests. He or she will be able to utilize his or her experience to lead the restaurant to success, meet projected goals and accomplish company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor employee performance; coach employees to improve their performance and increase the restaurant's profit.
- Train new employees in restaurant procedures, such as food preparation and customer relations.
- Responsible for the inventory of kitchen supplies and materials, such as paper products and cleaning products.
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons of the restaurant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,539.00 - $50,000.00 per year
