Server Job Description:

Poncho and Willy's is looking for a server with ENTHUSIASTIC and EXCEPTIONAL people skills.

The right person for this job should be able to multitask taking food and beverage orders and delivering them in a timely manner, but it doesn't stop there. Poncho and Willy's prides itself in providing excellent service, which is why we are looking for a server who will treat our guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude.

The responsibilities of a server in our restaurant is to greet guests, take them on a tour of the menu to ensure each guest is fully aware of all of our options. Our servers are also responsible for accurately handling cash and credit card transactions.

Responsibilities of a Server:

● Providing menu recommendations and any additional information.

● Upselling additional products when appropriate.

● Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.

● Taking orders

● Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.

● Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.

● Delivering checks and collecting bill payments.

● Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.

● Providing exceptional customer experience.

Server Job Requirements:

● Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.

● Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.

● Must be able to multitask and act quickly.

● Must be flexible and ready to work!
