As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with managing and monitoring all building maintenance issues (including work orders) at all TFCU Facilities
- Assist with various roles within the department and assist with coordinating fleet maintenance and maintain maintenance records
Salary Range:
The salary starts at $23.41 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and three years’ related experience and/or training is required
- Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements
- Financial institution experience is preferred
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a Facilities Coordinator, you must possess these qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products is required
- Notary public is preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to prioritize projects and assignments
- Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment
