We are hiring a Facilities Project Manager. The role of the Facilities Project Manager is to manage properties designated for company operations, directing operations as it relates to general maintenance, and/or remodeling projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates and manages facility projects from concept to completion, including solicit and facilitate internal input to ensure project outcomes appropriately support operational needs, monitoring and reporting project status to stakeholders, management of schedule, scope and budget to assure program and code requirements and other regulations company goals and objectives are met.
  • Oversee and direct facility projects related to routine maintenance, while coordinating vendor/bid selection and managing vendor relationships.
  • Work closely with property management vendor(s) to ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Support real estate portfolio activities including lease administration and negotiation, site acquisitions and dispositions, and recordkeeping.
  • Review contracts and leases, advise and negotiate terms, track operational use and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of processes, roles and responsibilities of the facilities team.
  • Serve on corporate safety committee, providing insight and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability desired to perform the essential functions of the job.

Summary of Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred or three to five years related experience and/or training
  • Two to three years project management experience.
  • Experience working in real estate management and/or engineering background, a plus
  • Valid WA State driver’s license and ability to travel, locally, up to 25% of the time.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Work) and software tools in support of work orders, contact center and budgeting
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally, one on one and in group presentation, in writing, and utilizing effective listening skills.
  • Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict, relate positively to people in stressful situations, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to address multiple demands and adjust style and approach to suit situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, simultaneous demands or transitions into new assignments.
  • Able to make timely and sound decisions, understanding the impact and implications and providing feedback on outcomes.
  • Willing to take extra measures and independent action to solve problems and get work done when the situation calls for it while holding self and others accountable.
  • Skill in working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, establishing rapport and gaining the trust of others.
  • Models a high standard of quality and commitment to serving the public to include building strong relationships with members inside and outside the organization while developing trust and credibility with the members.

This position requires in office work at Bellevue office with ability to travel to satellite locations.

Salary Range


  • Between $85,097 and $136,155 annually, placement within the range is based on experience.
  • Eligible for Annual companywide discretionary incentive.
