Job Summary:

Industry leading playground manufacturer has a rare territory open for a top career-oriented salesperson to cover the Southern Indiana, Southern Ohio, and Kentucky Territory. Previous playground experience is preferred, but not required. Relocation will be considered for the right candidate.


We believe play and recreation encourages children to love physical activity and learning. We believe having spaces and places to play and places to recreate builds stronger communities. We need people passionate about play and recreation to improve communities.


We create playground environments for children at schools, parks, daycares, housing and other public facilities, while offering a full complement of related park products and services. We deal mostly with parks planners, landscape architects, school maintenance staff, parent groups and community organizations to create outstanding proposals, with unequalled customer service and customer dedication, based on strong relationships and follow through on commitments.

  • Territory includes - Southern Indiana, Southern Ohio, and Kentucky.
  • This position is for someone who is completely self-motivated, with high energy, and who thrives on developing long-term business relationships.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven territory management and outside sales skills are required, and prior sales experience with schools, construction or the architectural product markets will be strongly considered.
  • 10-15 outside sales calls per week, occasional evening meetings
  • 3-5 short out of territory trips/year.
  • Daily updates in a tracking system will be required.
  • Strong prospecting skills are also needed to be successful and to meet established quotas and complement our well-established customer base, given 40 years of experience in the industry.
  • Comfortable making presentations in front of small groups,
  • Technically and mechanically oriented, extremely organized to handle dozens of projects at once, yet still find the time to look for new business and defend existing business.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
