We have a passion for farming and equipment such as farm tractors along with some construction and heavy equipment. We are a successful farm tractor and equipment dealer located at Lewisburg, TN, a short 40 minutes south of Nashville.

Tractor Town, Inc. is hiring a Business Associate with a great attitude and spirit to work with and help our customers and themselves succeed. A win-win situation. We sell and broker tractors and equipment in the area and throughout the U.S.. Must be a self-starter, responsible, professional, trustworthy, and hard-working. The people who are successful in this field find helping and working with customers on their farm and heavy equipment needs to be enjoyable, fun, and rewarding. Candidates need to have tractor and agriculture knowledge or have a passion to learn with good keyboard skills (35-40+ wpm).

Experience is a plus but will strongly consider new graduates and others too. Recent or new grads looking for a great entry-level position in a growing field are encouraged to apply. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Or 7:30 to 4 pm for example. Saturday morning flex time is an option too if you wish to leave early during the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and navigating websites for equipment to buy and sell
  • Online marketing to grow the Tractor Town, Inc. business
  • Handling incoming sales phone calls and in-person sales
