• The starting pay for this position is $55,000+/year increasing with education and experience.

• You'll supervise a team and provide support and leadership in their everyday work assignments.
• You will oversee and ensure the quality of grinding, mixing, cooking, cooling, pelletizing, packing, storage and shipment of feed.
• Mentor, motivate, provide training and professional development, and help your team to optimize their professional development and growth.
• Communicate to your team how they are doing; recognize and reward; and provide feedback on performance issues.
• Complete paperwork and documents, and make sure your team completes their paperwork.
• Other relevant duties to your job.

• Ideally you'll have a Bachelor Degree in feed, poultry or other related field of study.
• You must have supervisory experience, and be good at leading people with positive reinforcement.
• General knowledge of feed ingredient management.
• Work well in a team environment and motivate others.
• Must be proficient with technology and computers.

• You will work in a poultry feed mill manufacturing facility.
• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.

Most benefits become effective after 30 days of employment, and you'll be eligible to participate in the 401k savings program after 1 year. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn benefits and incentives.
