FFE DISTRIBUTION AND SUPPLY REPRESENTATIVE

You’ll get a chance to:

• Work with Panda FF&E Distribution partners, operators and purchasing agents to resolve non-routine distribution service-related issues.
• Monitor and evaluate inventory with suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers and 3PL to ensure continuity of supply in support of test, product implementation and product solutions.
• Handle customs forms, certificates for imports/exports, and regulatory requirements related to shipping goods from overseas and monitoring warehouse inventory.
• Expedite shipments as needed via ground or air to ensure the most efficient delivery of goods.
• Support cross-functional department projects relating to inventory or quality inquiries and product recalls.
• Support new product and phasing-in products within distribution program.
• Track and evaluate service level performance issues.
• Maintain and evaluate Supply Chain Management database for inventory items.
• Support and evaluate distribution service performance survey and manages distribution services and product supply-related projects with close managerial oversight.
• Coordinate meetings with Operations, distributors, and Support Center associates.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years of inventory management experience, preferably involving logistics in a food service environment.
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
• If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
