Responsibilities:

We are looking for well spoken, energetic, and eager individuals who want to learn new skills or start a career with unlimited opportunities. This challenging and fun job takes place at different retail locations and events throughout the area. You will be interacting with potential customers and setting appointments for our sales consultants to meet with those customers in their home. The more leads you schedule the more money you make! If you are a hardworking, outgoing individual, that loves interacting and talking to people this is the position for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows, festivals, and home and garden shows to generate leads for our sales team
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads
• The more leads you set, the more money you will make!
• Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
• Assist with setup, execution, and break down of events
• Knowledgable of all key brand info, brand points, and educate conumers on products
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Have Fun and Smile!

What it takes to be successful:

• Reliable transportation
• Outgoing personality/ Ability to drive a conversation
• Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
• No direct selling is involved. This is a lead generation and marketing effort.
• Ability to Meet and Exceed Productivity and Performance Goal
• Full-Time- must be available weekends
• Average employee earns $17-$25/hour, base hourly plus performance incentive
