We are looking for the right individual who encompasses the ability to communicate with clients, and assist in investigations. The position entails Investigating, Investigative Support for InvestigatorsClient Service, Client Communication, Legal Assisting, Assisting CEO, and other opportunities. Primarily duties will be communicating client's needs, creating a plan of action, incorporating that plan with the appropriate on staff Investigators, and aiding in support to Investigators. The right candidate will hopefully be interested in increasing responsibilities, and grow within the company.

Self-Starters who are outgoing, quick learning, who are decisive and those with computer experience and highest regard of organization are extremely encouraged to apply. Other tasks include report writing, case planning, basic marketing, client retention, and organization of client investigation information. The applicant is required to live LOCAL as our clients will need to meet at the office on a regular basis, and available for SOME priority surveillance investigations. The applicant must live within approximately 15 - up to 20 miles of the office (20 will be determined by the VP or CEO).

Position offers a flexible schedule, and SOME remote work from a quiet environment will be permitted some of the time. Bonus & Commission will be added IF employee advances to management position. If you have Legal Experience in a Law Firm, you may qualify. You may be asked to aid the CEO in other businesses owned or ran by CEO.

This position includes working direct with our new, existing and old clients. Discretion is a requirement as you may learn details of cases that are not permitted out of the context of the case. We are looking for an individual who will "own" their position. We do not micro-manage. Therefore, you will absolutely need to be a self-starter, and have a high level of organization. It also ads the element of availability to communicate with clients. The ability to be flexible is a two-way street.

Investigation Experience is NOT needed. We would be willing to train the right individual on the proper techniques of Investigations. These would include Surveillance, Background Checks, Social Media Investigations, GPS Installs/Removals, Editing, Report Writing, Asset Investigations, etc. Legal experience (working in a law firm) and ability to speak Spanish are huge pluses, but not required.

Our goal is finding the right person who can grow with the company and turn this position into a Management Position, may be involved directly with Operations. Our clients include attorneys, corporations and individuals who need professional assistance, while we document particular engagements and evidence for potential court cases.

We do require at least a HS Degree, signed Non-Disclosure, and ability to assist clients. No felony convictions will be considered, nor any type of fraud. Other convictions that will not be permitted include Lying to a Peace Officer; Embezzlement; Welfare Fraud; Income Tax Fraud; Any Assault or Domestic Violence; and others. Applicant must be able to pass a background check. *Experience in the legal field, legal assistant, paralegal, legal secretaries are encouraged to apply, as are executive assistants, customer service representatives, and others who have the drive to grow while learning to become an investigator.

We have mentors in the industry who are also growing and may need assistance. We also plan on investing in your future within the company by receiving CEUs, and other training with other like-minded Investigation Firms. OSINT, Social Media, Surveillance, Corporate, and Asset Investigations are common type cases for us.

Some of our Skills Test and Questions are there to help us find those with high level of skills. We cannot stress enough that the RIGHT person is more important than 'Re-Training' the wrong person who has all of the skills we listed. Most of the 'Evening' type work is via phone/email with a client.
