Heres how you will help:

• Create an immersive, real-world learning environment by providing hands-on training to staff and managers in each restaurant throughout an assigned region. This includes: new product roll-out, food safety, and the execution of Company systems and standards.
• Partner with Operations to identify and develop high potential
• Play an integral part in maintaining the Companys high standards of customer service

Position Qualifications:

• College experience preferred; Knowledge in areas of Quick Service (QSR), Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred
• One year of management experience
• Training experience proficient in training methodologies for adult learning preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

• Ability to self-motivate and have excellent time management
• Ability to understand and adapt to different learning styles and different work environments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to changing environments
• Ability to motivate and inspire employees to learn and succeed
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Travel between assigned locations is required
