Executive Director, Finance
Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid 3x week on site)

Our client, a leading multinational media and entertainment company is seeking an Executive Director of Finance to join their team. This consultant will oversee cash flow for the domestic and international FP&A team.

Our client, a leading multinational media and entertainment company is seeking an Executive Director of Finance to join their team. This consultant will oversee cash flow for the domestic and international FP&A team.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the VP of Finance Global Distribution
- Responsible for planning process related to Cash Flow and will support Overhead consolidation
- This includes mid-range plan, quarterly forecast, and budget processes
- Track actuals and provide variance analysis vs. forecast
- Assist team members on both local and global ad-hoc analyses
- Assist with financial analyses in support of new business models
- Prepare financial presentations for operations and finance
- Develop and implement processes to leverage existing global tools and streamline workflows
- Maintain appropriate controls as required by Sarbanes Oxley
Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts degree with Accounting/Finance focus required
- 10+ years public and/or private accounting experience required.
- TV Distribution and/or International experience a plus.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- SAP or Essbase knowledge preferred, strong MS Excel skills required
- Experience in automating tasks or processes, as well as identifying and organizing data to achieve a better outcome for analyses
- GAAP knowledge – ASC 606 a plus
