Prologis is searching for a Financial Analyst/Associate to join our Global Operations team. This position provides analytical support to senior management and entails working in a team environment across global functions. This is a challenging and versatile position that gives the right candidate the opportunity to gain exposure to many financial and non-financial disciplines in the company. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to work with various departments and other personnel in the worldwide offices. This position will be based in our Denver, CO office.

Job duties and responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing various forecast and budget items across the entire company including Operations, G&A, and Proprietary Data / Metrics.
  • Assist in business plan preparation, business plan updates, and other presentations.
  • Analyze and explain variances between actual performance against budget or forecast.
  • Provide internal and external reports on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Support ad hoc analytical needs, such as M&A exercises and long-term financial modeling.
  • Assist in roll out of Tableau Reporting, AI Initiatives, and other Data Analytics.
  • Provide analytical support to integrate new business lines within the Operations organization.

  • Minimum 3 years related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Database skills, experience in Access, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly grasp business requirements and formulate into Excel, PowerPoint and database environments.
  • Good customer service skills. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Positive, proactive work ethic and approach.
  • Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
Hiring Salary Range of: $80,000-$110,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
