FINANCIAL ANALYST

As a member of our team in the Financial Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking per client requests
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analyses, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets or forecasts
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and tools.
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• Three to five years of business or other relevant experience
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
• Exceptional customer/client service skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Extremely detailed and the ability to properly manage deadlines and schedules

Hours/Pay:

• Full-time M-F 8 am - 5 pm with flex opportunities (more during tax season)
• Exempt: $60,000 - $80,000 salary
