Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for maintaining operating and financial models and leading the organization in its financial planning process for its responsible areas. The Financial Planning and Analysis will have the opportunity to identify opportunities for process improvement and generate simple creative solutions that will assist Corporate and divisions in their growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial bookings and revenue forecasting process
- Partner with Business teams to drive revenue execution
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, analytical modeling, and consolidation reporting via the use of financial systems and MS Excel
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
- Support the preparation of quarterly business reviews as needed
- Proactively find opportunities for change, operational improvement, and system enhancements
- Excel experience is preferred (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- 3+ years of strong analytical experience in financial planning, business analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization
- Can-do attitude and ability to positively implement change
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Well-organized with strong time management skills
- Possess the ability to work independently to identify, analyze, and solve business problems while operating as part of a larger team
