We are searching for an experienced Finisher for a manufacturing client in Dracut.

The Finisher will execute their job duties in accordance with company's safety regulations, company policies, and ISO 9001 procedures.

Essential Job Duties of the Finisher:

- Manipulate more complex parts to match print and dimensional specifications

- Ensure that parts are not over or under finished

- Read dimensional drawings and tolerances

- Finish parts to acceptable standards insuring customer satisfaction

- Ensures that material surface area is not scratched or damaged and ends of tubes are square and free of burrs

- Ensures parts conform to tight tolerances

- May work with manufacturing and quality engineers to resolve complex finishes

- Perform peening on parts

- Ensure tube ends are capped

- Perform laser etching on parts

- Minimal defects, 99.8% acceptance

- May perform DI rinse

- Perform peer inspections

- Ensure all equipment is calibrated to proper specifications

- Use hand and small power tools

- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations

Educational and Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma

- 3+ year of finishing experience
