Overview:

Heritage Christian Services supports people who choose to self-direct their services. Come join our growing team as a Fiscal Intermediary Assistant. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Self-Direction Team at Heritage Christian Services. These duties include but are not limited to: entering and maintaining information into multiple databases, handling new intakes for Self-Directed services, filing, and faxing. To support the mission, vision and values of Heritage Christian Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain intake list for those interested in self-directed services through Heritage Christian Services
  • Filing
  • Assist with creating organizational systems to support the work of the FI team
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Assist with mailings as needed
  • Maintain electronic billing records
  • Scan and distribute any mailed reimbursements, broker agreements, etc.
  • Communicate broker clearance process and collect information for new individual brokers.
  • Assist with keeping caseloads in eVero updated and current
  • Maintain FI email and forward any emails to appropriate team members
  • Compile and email weekly vendor list to send to the Finance Dept.
  • Edit documents as needed using Adobe Pro, Microsoft, etc.
  • Cover the front desk at the Heritage Christian Services Regional office when needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Personable and energetic with positive attitude
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use a computer efficiently
