Working on a charter vessel is hard work, but it can be fun when you work at Osprey Cruises. Offshore and bay fishing deckhands are responsible for cleanliness of the vessel, overall customer experience, maintenance of fishing equipment, etc. Species targeted on these trips vary. Customer service is key! We want to provide first class service to all of our guests, and make sure they take home dinner too!
