Location

• As a Float Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will travel to any of our Oklahoma City metro area facilities and to some facilities in outlier towns in surrounding areas.

Desired Traits and Experience

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience
• Proven success in operations and compliance with a track record of sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction (resident and family surveys)

Summary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of a Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and accrediting organizations
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.
• Travel to any of our metro area facilities depending on need.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check required.
• Reliable transportation.
