Job Title: Floating Assistant Manager
Classification: Full Time. Exempt
Location: Multi-site. Home base Montgomeryville.
Reports To: Director of Thrift & Assigned Manager

Job Summary
The Floating Manager provides management coverage as well as general assistance for the thrift stores, trucking department andThrift Centers.
Duties
-
Provide management coverage at the stores including opening and closing.

Provide direction and leadership for the teams assigned.

Demonstrate and provide excellent customer service.
-
Assist with special projects.
-
Conducts morning prayer circles with mini staff meetings daily, using words of encouragement as well as giving direction to the staff.

Assist with employee training, onboarding, and disciplinary actions with the goal of a cohesive work environment that is productive and safe for all employees

Identifies issues within the assigned locations and assists the management team with addressing them.

Execute accurately cash handling procedures.

Ability to plug into any area of any store or production center as needed.

Assist stores and locations with any assignments given.

Operate a Liberty Ministries truck.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Uphold the mission of Liberty Ministries and agree to Liberty Ministries Statement of Faith.

Have administrative and leadership abilities with attention to detail and organization

Have good communication skills
-
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, pull, etc. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
-
Must be able to use all equipment and oversee its maintenance.

Be of good physical and mental health with emotional maturity and a sense of humor

Have sound judgment necessary to achieve goals without day to day supervision

Show initiative through determining what works and making changes where needed
-
Needs to be an efficient multi - tasker

High ethical ability for following the policies and procedures of Liberty Ministries Thrift

Flexible schedule to include both mornings and evenings. Hours will vary based on needs.

Ability to travel to all Liberty Ministries Thrift locations as assigned.
