The Floor Technician’s education and experience requirements are:
- Recent floor tech experience - buffing, waxing, scrubbing
- High school degree or equivalent is preferred
- Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
The Floor Technician’s specific responsibilities include:
- Maintains all floors, i.e., stripping, refinishing and daily maintenance of various floor types and surfaces
- Ensures that all entrance ways are clean and that they are maintained
- Maintains equipment in good clean condition and returns it to the proper storage location after use
- Puts customer service first by ensuring that customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights
