We are the largest full-service hotel with 606 rooms located in downtown Anchorage. The hotel has a full-service restaurant, bar, room service, concierge lounge, exercise room, indoor pool, and 20,000 square feet of functional event space.
Candidates should possess at least 6 months of experience working in a hotel/restaurant environment. A willingness to do what is necessary to see that the guest has complete satisfaction. Must possess a hands-on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Daily Supervision of staff including Bruins Lounge, Hooper Bay, Room Service, Starbucks Club Lounge, and Top of the World.
- Assists in the operations of all F&B outlets, physically performing all job descriptions when business levels warrant additional help beyond scheduled staffing.
- Perform & fill in staff in any position needed in case of sick calls, vacation coverage, staff shortages, schedule gaps, or meal breaks.
- Weekly stocking and inventory of Pepsi vending machines throughout the hotel.
- Participate in training and development of F&B staff.
