Food Equipment Service Technician - Position Overview

It is the responsibility of the Food Equipment Service Technician to perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of the Dunkin' location establishments in repair.

Responsibilities Include:

• Repair Equipment with Documentation
• Troubleshoot and accurately diagnose maintenance on equipment
• Install replacement components
• Communicate well with managers and co-workers
• Receive work orders and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Schedule will require holidays, weekends and a 6-day work week with rotating on call requirements

Key Competencies:

• Clean driving record
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Exhibit strong technical aptitude in commercial food equipment
• 2 years in food service industry
• Basic computer skills required - knowledge of email and smart pones
• Open scheduling availability

Physical Demands/Qualifications:

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 50lbs
• Working in a small space
• Must maintain clean driving record
