Job Description
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated individuals for a Food Service position in our Acute Care Facility in Fort Supply! Help us make a difference in the lives of all Oklahomans. About the Position: The Food Service Specialist III is assigned responsibility for performing highly skilled work involving the operation of an institutional food service unit and supervising other Food Service Specialists. This position is located in Fort Supply, OK. The duties include the requisition, storage, cooking, baking and serving of food, the preparation of meats, poultry and fish for cooking. The ideal candidate will complete inspection and maintenance of sanitary kitchen and work areas.

- Primary Working Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm / 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Annual Salary - $31,500
- Total Compensation up to $54,000 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents )

Qualifications:
Requirements at this level consist of two years of experience in commercial or institutional food service or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of vocational or technical school training in food preparation for the required experience

Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.

Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.

Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds, 20 pounds frequently and be able to push and pull a maximum force of 50 pounds.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
