Food Services Representative I:

  • Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
  • May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Food Services Representative II

  • Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
  • May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
  • Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles
  • Acts as a liaison between Food and Nutrition Services and patients, guests, physicians and other hospital personnel
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Food Services Representative III

  • Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
  • Assists patients with menu selection according to preferences and diet restrictions
  • Provides daily interaction with patients to ensure a high quality patient experience
  • May provide coverage in the absence of the Food Service Coordinator
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
  • May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
  • Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles
  • Acts as a liaison between Food and Nutrition Services and patients, guests, physicians and other hospital personnel
  • Provides training of new team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Preferred high school or equivalent
  • Preferred 6 months food services experience
