JC Property Professionals is a grading and demolition business located in Marion, NC. Our company is seeking a job-site foreman to oversee projects on an as-needed basis. A successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar position and will be capable of effectively managing various project tasks and personnel. The position also requires excellent communication skills as well as a strong organizational skills. Foreman oversees quality of projects and maintains work pace of the 2-5 person crews.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise operations in an office setting.
- Interpret and apply policies, rules, regulations, procedures, laws, and codes.
- Direct daily work activities of staff members and outside contractors.
- Deal with difficult people and situations.
- Supervise personnel; assign work tasks; develop and evaluate job performance.
- Set up meetings with supervisors and officials to relay information and receive instructions.
- Communicate procedures and policies to the company's employees.
