We are a busy family practice searching for a part-time front/back office assistant to join our team! Our office is located on Tennessee Street in Vallejo, CA. Our ideal candidate is someone who is punctual, responsible, friendly, patient, knows how to multitask, and works well under pressure. We also require someone who is of local residence.

Experience or knowledge of the following duties is a plus, but is not necessary as we will provide training as needed:

Back Office Duties:

• Vitals - Height, Weight, BP, Temp
• Perform EKGs
• Visual acuity testing
• Assist with prescription refills/requests
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Medical Terminology

Front Office Duties:

• Answering the phone
• Checking patients in/out and collecting co-payments
• Scheduling appointments
• Ordering labs and diagnostic tests
• Patient call-backs
• Communication with other medical personnel, hospitals, and other offices/facilities
• Bilingual a plus
