We seek a detailed oriented, customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling check-ins and checkouts, and performing concierge-type services.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Effective communication with guests, management, staff, and co-workers.
• Providing guests with hotel policies and information.
• Performing check-in and checkout procedures.
• Providing amenities for guests, such as arranging for masseuse and shuttle transportation.
• Taking reservations over the phone and in person.
• Promoting hotel amenities to maximize revenue.
• Assisting guests with problems and billing concerns.
• Additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Visual One and Golf Pro is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance.

Candidates should have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and holidays. The resort is open 7 days a week, with Sundays being our busiest day. We encourage you to apply if you are excited about working for one of the world's top golf resorts.
