Jamsan Hotel Management is opening a new hotel in North Chelmsford. Element by Westin and we are looking hire an energetic Night Auditor full-time or part-time. If you like to work the 11pm to 7am shift, this is an opportunity for you to grow your career in the Hospitality Field.
Essential Functions:
Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outletes (restaurant, lounge and banquets). operations to include but not limited to over/short figures/tally sheets, deposits, house charges.
Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to, room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges.
Run night audit final after insuring all revenues are in balance nightly
Perform the duties of the Front Desk Agent including express check outs
Qualification Standards:
Education/Experience: Any combination of education, training, or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Grooming: Must present a professional image. All employees must show up to work with a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per Company's guidance and brand specific standards.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk a total of 8 hours in a night.
Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds
Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push and pull.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Chelmsford, MA 01863: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
