La Quinta Inns & Suites by Wyndham, Nellis is seeking for qualified applicant for a Full Time Front desk position.
We have a Full-time opening for the right individual. Experience in the hospitality industry is required. We are willing to train an individual who is hard working, flexible, detailed orientated and a team player that can be relied on to enhance our guests experience by going the extra mile. All applicants must have a strong work ethic, must be available to work on most weekends and holidays, have effective communication skills, and must have reliable transportation to and from work. Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a hotel or a related field required.
- Computer experience required.
- Customer Services experience preferred.
Front Desk responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Process check-in/out while following quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner,
- Work as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contribute to the efforts of other departments when necessary.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail is required.
Please note the shifts through out the week may will consist of:
MORNING SHIFT 7 AM-3 PM
SWING SHIFT 3-11 PM
NIGHT SHIFT 11-7 AM
