Front Desk Agent (SFD) Job at InnSeason Resorts Surfside

We are seeking friendly and detailed individuals to help our owners and guests have an exceptional vacation. You must be able to adapt to changing situations and needs throughout the day.
You must be able to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Typical shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11am-7pm (Fri only). Pay range is $16-17 per hour, depending on experience. We have full-time and part-time positions available and are open year-round!
The main responsibilities of the Front Desk agent are positive guest interaction, check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with their requests, handling the cash drawer, and operating a switchboard. We are looking for someone who is energetic, has a good attitude and likes to interact with people.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong Customer Service skills with and outgoing personality.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize
- Must be flexible in scheduling (Weekends and holidays required)
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to work regardless of weather conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
