Opening: Front Desk Assistant
Location: Rockville, MD
Must interact with clients in Spanish as required. County may require additional background checks.
The employee will have to be proficient in the following computer programs: Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and would be trained in various internal computer programs specific to the Police Department.
The employee would be working with multiple computer systems and platforms.
The employee will provide phone support and visitor reception, direct information to the public, assist investigators and professional staff as needed.
The employee would assist with various other administrative duties as assigned.
Copy, organization, receive and sort mail, preparing official documents such as memoranda, reports, maintain fiscal records, research and review files and records to answer requests from archives, monitor and order office supplies, search information in the databases for projects related to the department or the division, directing walk-in clients, etc.
The employee will be assigned to the front office located at 7300 Calhoun Place, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20855
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
