Kid's Club provides interaction and engagement for children 6 weeks to 12 years old, so you get a workout while the kids get to play! Offering over 100 group fitness classes each week, youth and family programming, personal training, aquatics programming, court sports, amenity filled locked rooms, restorative services such as massage, spa, sauna, steam, hot tub and so much more! Gather in the grand hall for community events and club socials throughout the year. We have been serving our community for over 20 years! FREE EMPLOYEE HEALTH CLUB MEMBERSHIP WITH A MINIMUM of 20hrs a week worked!

Front Desk shifts available: Pay is $18.00hr

Mondays + Wednesdays: 4:45 A:M – 11:00 A:M.
Mondays: 2:00 P:M – 6:00 P:M.
Tuesdays + Thursdays: 7:30 A:M – 2:00 P:M.

Tuesdays: 11:00 A:M – 3:30 P:M.
Fridays: 11:00 A:M – 4:00 P:M.
Saturdays: 12:00 P:M – 4:00 P:M.

Experience:

Previous customer service experience helpful. Outgoing customer service personality a must.

Physical:

This position requires the individual to be capable of standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and carrying up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

Must possess good oral communication and writing skills. Must have the ability to comprehend instructions and information in English. Knowledge of basic computer, cashiering/mathematical skills and phone skills required.

FUNCTIONS:

1. Greet and check in members and register each guests/non-member who enters the club while enforcing all member and guest check-in policies and procedures.

2. Welcome prospective members and assure their needs are met.

3. Take and complete the following bookings accurately in the bookings system: Massage, Spa, Aquatics Lessons, Racquetball/Squash and any additional programs designated. Must learn and be proficient in booking and cancellation policies for all types of bookings.

4. Class Signs ups – Learn and become proficient in all computer programs and procedures used in the department. Take and maintain class signs ups, ensuring we have complete information. Ensure accurate enrollment by maintaining an up-to- date waitlist and cancellation list as well as communicating with the members by email to confirm their booking or request where applicable.
