Front Desk Attendant/Receptionist - Must Love Dogs! Job at Camp Bow Wow - Diablo Valley / Concord
Camp Bow Wow is looking for front desk Receptionists/Attendants to work at Camp Bow Wow. The Receptionist will assist with animal care, data entry, confirming appointments / reservations, greeting all pet parents and dogs, checking vaccination status’, selling baths / packages / administrative tasks of scanning and filing / answering pet parent questions via phone and in person, cleaning and providing excellent customer service, and most importantly, love dogs!
Primary Responsibilities
- Greeting all pet parents and dogs.
- Checking in and out dogs.
- Front desk administrative duties of data entry, computer maintenance, phone calls, filing and scanning
- Confirming appointments and reservations
- Promote and Sell baths, day care and boarding packages
- Cleaning throughout front and back areas.
- MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT!
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Be active and attentive to dogs and pet parents at all times.
- Assists with all dog interviews
- Signing for delivered boxes for Camp Bow Wow and making sure orders are correct when received
- Make sure all dogs have food/med/and detail cards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
