Front Desk Clerk Job at Clear Lake Marine Center Inc.
We are looking for a front desk clerk with great customer service skills. You will be working with contractors, insurance agents, boat tenant customers, and walk in customers.
This will be a 24 hour per week job. Must work full 8 hour shifts. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one hour lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM
Responsibilities:
- Help customers in person, by phone, and by email with any inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner
- Filing boat insurance documents. Contacting customers who’s insurance has lapsed
- Writing detailed notes on day to day boatyard activities
- Scheduling boatyard services in a logical manner
- Taking payments from boatyard and marina customers
- Preparing workorders for CLMC services
- Preparing leases for CLMC marina tenants
- Additional administrative duties regarding pollution control and stormwater permits
- Assist bookkeeper/harbormaster with various other duties
Requirements
- Great customer service skills and a great phone voice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills
- Good organizational skills
- Must live locally and have dependable transportation
- Must be dependable to show up to every scheduled shift
- MUST BE HONEST
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour

- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
