Natural Retreats is hiring a full-time Front Desk/Guest Services to join our Sevierville, Tennessee team! This position will ensure that all guests have accurate information and all homes are guest ready.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Compensation: $15.50 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure that all guests and owners receive amazing customer service in all aspects of their stay from arrival through to their departure
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; take messages and distribute as required
Prepare check-in packets and perform pre-arrival calls and emails for all incoming guests
Resolve guest and owner complaints, questions, concerns, etc.
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance on daily arrivals and guests' requests
Create work orders and ensure proper follow up
Assist with ensuring all homes, properties, cabins, etc. are ready and correctly setup according to brand standards prior to guest and owner arrival
Responsible for detailed knowledge of property inventory, location, amenities etc.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
REQUIRED
High School Diploma
Computer savvy and ability to learn new software programs quickly
Previous experience
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Ability to work independently and as a team
Outstanding customer service
Ability to make effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and be active up to 80% of the workday
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, and the hours are subject to change and will vary based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member is required to be flexible with his/her hours. Weekends and holidays are busy and generally required and considered working days with guest arrivals and departures. Guests can arrive at unpredictable times, and the Team Member should always be available in case of emergency, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Generally, this means working some inconsistent hours. Exact daily schedule may vary and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacation is generally taken out of peak season.
