Responsibilities:
Front Desk Medical Receptionist/PT Tech Job Summary:
Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.- Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.
- Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
- Prepares patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation as needed.
- Prepares equipment and treatment areas for patients.
- Cleans treatment areas, keeps gym area tidy.
- Assures supplies in treatment area.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
