Busy Refractive Surgery Practice is looking for a hands-on team member with a positive attitude and professional welcoming demeanor.
Familiar with the aspects of front office operations, experience in creating an outstanding, friendly, customer environment is required. You will provide day-to-day support for practice activities.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Opening practice each morning. Preparing charts for new patients. Monitor patient appointment schedule and patient flow. Confirm patient appointments. File charts, billing, verify patient insurance, collect co-payments, and cash payments on a daily basis.
Requirements: Positive, enthusiastic, confident, and professional image Possess the organizational skills to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making. Solid - Accurate, data entry, and computer skills including Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Practice Management Software and Healthcare/Medical Experience a plus.
Minimum one (1) experience with front desk activity. Some college preferred minimum high school diploma or certificate.
We offer stable full-time employment (40 +) hours. Benefit package after 90 days probation includes medical and dental benefits, PTO, Paid Sick Time, 401K participation, Free parking, M- F, with occasional Sat AM.
