Answering Incoming calls: It’s a Great Day at EXIT Community Realty
Answer phones and direct caller to Agent if they are in the office or give out the Agent’s cell phone number.
If the caller is inquiring about a particular property, ask if they know the Listing Agent’s name and provide the Agent’s phone number. If not, take a message including the Property Address, callers name and phone number and someone will return there call. (Give message to Mesha)
Mail Distribution
Give all incoming mail to Mesha and help distribute as necessary.
Greeting clients and guests
Always greet guests with a positive, welcoming smile and ask who they are here to see. Be sure to ask if they would like coffee or water and notify Agent that their quest is waiting. If the Agent has scheduled the conference room in advance, please invite guest to have a seat in the conference room.
Maintaining Office Appearance
Periodically during the day, walk thru the office and assure it’s kept clean and free of trash etc.
Office Supplies
It is your responsibility to assure that the attached supplies are always on hand and replaced when needed. Mainly, the copiers will need to be checked in the am and pm and kept full at all times.
Training and Events
You will be asked to help set-up and break-down training and other events. This will vary between setting up the food table…i.e. plates, napkins, utensils etc. to simply placing a sign-up sheet in the room.
Other responsibilities as needed
You may be asked to copy, scan and fax documents. Help with class materials and other projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
