Front Desk Receptionist Job at Honc Docks & Lifts
Honc Docks & Lifts, Inc. is a well respected, family owned company in Southwest Florida with a 60 year history in our field.
We are currently seeking a full-time front desk receptionist for our busy office in Cape Coral. This position will play an intricate role in the day-to-day operations that require flexibility, organization, and the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Answer multi-line phone system and assist with customer inquiries
- New customer intakes
- Filing
- Data entry
- Follow up with customers
- Support the office team as needed
- Maintain a neat and tidy reception area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills and great phone presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
