The Front Office Receptionist is usually the first contact our clients have with our office, therefore must be friendly, professional, and caring with outstanding customer service skills. The Front office Receptionist must be able to multi-task several important items at once. Must be good with people in person and on the telephone, team oriented, and have moderate computer skills (word, excel, etc.). Must be respectful, have a good work ethic, cheerful, a team player, and ambitious.

The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for handling all duties associated with the front desk, including but not limited to greeting patients and making them feel welcome, telephone contact and triage, appointment scheduling and updating patient information, knowledge of computer, collecting money, and checking out patients

This is a PART TIME position around 20-25 hours per week.

Education and Experience

. Experience with insurance

· High school diploma generally required

· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

· Knowledge of computers and relevant software application

· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
