Wellness Receptionist
Island Country Club, a private, member-owned country club located on the Florida Gulf Coast is home to the only 18-hole course nestled in the heart of Marco Island. Island Country Club features an 18-hole golf course, golf and tennis pro shops, fitness center, 5 har-tru tennis courts and dining facilities. Uniforms and employee meals are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests entering Wellness Center
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer phones and provide customer service
- Ensure reception area is neat and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Clerical duties including filing and photo copying
- Bill members for services timely
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Wellness
Desired Software Knowledge:
- Prior receptionist experience preferred
- Jonas Club Management Software

- Wellness Director
Job Type:
Seasonal/PT Position (June - mid October) Hourly Wage: $15 - $17 per hour, Part Time Saturday, Sunday & Monday - Occasionally fill in during the week (2 - 3 days per week)
