Front Desk Receptionist Job at Los Gatos Oral and Facial Surgery
We are a modern fast paced oral surgery office looking to hire a professional Front Desk Receptionist. Dental experience a plus but not required. This position is Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00pm. Friday 8:00am-4pm.
The job responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and screening of patients
- Collection of payments due at time of service and overdue payments
-Communicating with Referring Offices
This job role requires a strong ability to multitask and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, and in person. Computer usage familiarity required. If interested please submit your resume.
