We are a busy 3 doctor practice located in coastal Maine. We service a great year-round client base as well as an influx of tourists during the summer months. We are an AAHA accredited and privately owned practice. Our practice provides general medicine, dentistry, surgery, radiology, exotics care, and acupuncture. We have a 4-day work week, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. We are equipped with digital medical records, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, Idexx in-house lab equipment, and Class IV laser.
Applicants should have good people skills and knowledge in customer service. We are looking for a positive and supportive team player. A positive outlook, hardworking demeanor and dedication to the profession, colleagues and patients is most important. Daily duties include but aren't limited to answering phone calls, making and cancelling appointments, taking payments, assisting with daily deposits, sending out monthly accounts receivable letters, and other administrative duties. Various levels of experience and schedule considered.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
