We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is professionally trained in endocrinology to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, filing paperwork and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have a background in endocrinology, an understanding of medical terminology and a demonstrated ability to interface effectively with patients and other physicians.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties in the department.
- Wait on callers and visitors in person or by telephone.
- Assist in meeting and event setup, break-down and cleanup.
- Provide reference information to patients, visitors and health care providers.
- Perform filing.,Manage departmental logistics.,Provide administrative support to clinic personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
