We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. We are looking for someone who is committed to make a career in Spa services and management. to focusing on and excelling in the following duties for this entry level role:

*Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service. *Promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic manner. *Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines. *Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice. *Signing clients on month to month program by offering best plan that suits their needs and is the best value for them. *Upholding Spa standards of cleanliness and safety. *Scheduling and confirming appointments. *Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and other team members. *Generate new clientele through grassroots sales and marketing skills. *
Must be able to maintain strong work ethics, a consistent pleasant, professional attitude and demeanor. *
Must be goal oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals. *
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff members. *
Sales or customer service experience in a Massage Spa is highly preferred. *
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. *
Base hourly pay plus commission structure and your determination to exceed sales goal provides you potential to earn well, grow and make Spa management your career.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
