Job Summary
The Interlaken Inn is seeking exceptional and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team. We are a 90 room hotel located in Lakeville, CT with access to a beautiful lake.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Sales and promotion of all of the offerings at the Interlaken
- Check in/check out of guests
- Reception work
- Attending to the needs of our guests at all times
Qualifications and Skills
Phone and computer skills are a must, with the correct individual able to learn quickly on the systems and programs used on the property. Also must have the ability to handle the customer service of our guests with a positive attitude and demeanor. Sales skills are also very important, as the correct candidate will be able to promote and sell for the property through the front desk with ease.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
